About Hui (Grace) Chen, N.P.
Hui Chen (Grace) is a full-time faculty member at ¶à¶àÊÓƵ and practices as a Nurse Practitioner in General Cardiology. She works with the practice providers to see patients with coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, aortic aneurysms, and those who have undergone heart surgery and interventional procedures. She works closely with the physicians in the Division of Cardiology to provide high quality, compassionate, and individualized care.
Grace is a board certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Anthropology from Stony Brook University and her Master of Science in Nursing from NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Grace worked as a registered nurse in primary care and general cardiology.
She speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fuzhounese
